Shushi Technological University students visit to CARD
Recently, we hosted the lecturing staff and students of Shushi Technological University, aiming to familiarize them with the activities of the CARD Foundation and its business structures, the experience of implementing new technologies and work organization students.
First of all, we were greatly impressed by the fact that, despite the fact that after the war, Shushi and, of course, the university building were under the control of the enemy, the university continues its activities and spares no effort in providing the best educational environment for students. As the lecturers mentioned, the university is not a building, the university is traditions, and values formed over the years, which will be formalized regardless of the location. Today, the university is carrying out its activities in the building allocated in Stepanakert, the conditions of which are still not sufficient to conduct the educational process properly, but with the help of student architects, the works of rearranging the building are currently being carried out.
The visit was full. within the framework of the three-day visit, the representatives of the university visited structures offering innovative solutions in the field of agriculture and providing service and professional assistance to farmers.
Everyone was really excited. For a long time, we have not seen such a great love and interest in learning, students with a desire to learn something new.
"The main goal of our visit is to motivate children, to instill a love for agricultural professions, and if at least one of the students returns with the acquired knowledge and is the initiator of any change in the country, then our mission can be considered accomplished," said one of the university professors.
Shushi Technological University, which lost 54 students during the war, is a vivid manifestation of the unbreakable will of the Armenian people.
Our cooperation will be continuous. we will be proud to be part of the sacred task of educating future generations, generations to whom we will entrust our future.
