HACCP System in Fish Processing Units

The employees of the Inspectorate and enterprises operating in the corresponding field took training on “Seafood HACCP implementation”, funded by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and held by the Center for Agribusiness and Rural Development (CARD) in November 2013, and those who passed the minimum testing score at the end of the training, were awarded certificates on successful completion of the training course by the Seafood HACCP Alliance.
It’s worth mentioning that this training course is mandatory in the USA for the employees of fish processing industry, according to the 21 Code of Federal Regulations.
