FOOD SAFETY MODULE FOR ATC SENIOR CLASS
he CARD Food Safety team led by the Department manager Zaruhi Davtyan completed the Food Safety module for the ATC senior class on October 25th. The two month module was divided into weekly classes taught by Ms. Davtyan herself, Knarik Serobyan, Arman Badalyan, Sergey Chakhmakhchyan, Anna Harutyunyan, and Vardan Danghyan. The topics they presented included basics of food safety and hygiene; HACCP in different food industries; introduction to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and the environment of food safety standards.
