Research and production practice
On November 2-13, 2020, the department implementing the "Animal Identification and Registration" project hosted graduate students of the National Agrarian University of Armenia to organize their research and production practice.
During the mentioned period, students of the Faculty of Food Technology participated in Food Safety, hazard analysis, and critical control points (HACCP) trainings and thematic discussions. Students participated in the discussions of the "Animal Identification and Registration" project and got acquainted with current processes. During the meetings challenges of food traceability in RA were discussed and the work done created perspectives for further cooperation.
