On February 13, 2021, within the frames of the “????? ???????? ???????????- ??? ???????? ?????????????” ???????, ???????? ?? ?????, the course training on herbs collection, processing, drying, and blending technologies launched in Gyumri. 3 tea producers from different regions of RA took part in the training, as well as individuals from Shirak region engaged in herbs collection. The training consists of 4 phases and aims to give participants advanced knowledge on a stable collection of herbs, proper drying, and mixing according to market requirements.
